Hey I'm 16 years old,
Last night I had unprotected sex (She is on the pill), she was lying down and I was over her, I put my penis in her and everything was fine and good. After a bit we changed positions, I was lying down, she was in a sort of sitting position, facing me. I put the head of my penis in her and then put her down a bit, it was extremely painful. Being my first time I wasn't sure if there was meant to be a little bit of pain or not. After a minute or so the pain was gone, we stopped a little bit after and went to sleep. Got up in the morning and everything seemed fine. Went down to the river swimming all day and everything was still fine. I realised that when I touched the end of my penis through my shorts it felt a little sore and tender.
When I got home I found that I had torn the foreskin, not just once though. There is a good size tear probably just under 2cm long and then a couple of little ones, all around the top of my foreskin. I freaked out because I didn't know why this happened. After some searching on the net I found that a lot of people have this problem were they cant get the foreskin past the head. I found 3 different ways to go about it, 2 of them being surgical and the other getting a cream from your doctor and stretching the skin yourself.
But my main problem at the moment is that I don't know how to treat the tearing, what type of creams can I put on it that I can either get my parents to get or find around the house without them getting suspicious?
I also read that when most guys do this it happens every time they have sex from then onwards so I am wondering, should I go speak to my Doc which I can do without my parents knowing, get the cream and try stretching it myself, or should I go get the surgery? I heard they do a small procedure and you can go home the day it is done, and it takes a couple/few weeks to heal? Which one should I go with? Because I don't want this to keep happening.
Thanks
PS: Anything else you know that I should know will be extremely helpful thanks.

i think you need to go for surgery and ask for frenulumplasti in which they remove your frenulum else you go for whole circumcision which is more clean and nice on looks too in which you will have long orgasm too when you ask for circumcision ask your doctor to remove frenulum too so contact your nearst clinic or nurse or GP doctor who can help you and circumcision is real nice for all this and use always condoms for safe sex

Please -don't- get a circumsision. Mutated penises are gross.
Instead, lay off your penis for a while. Stop thinking sexy thoughts and read a book instead. Give it a few weeks to heal and next time, use lubercation (no food group items either. They will cause infection for her. You have to go out and BUY lube. Find somewhere to hide it)
Also I reccomend talking with your partner about her views on abortion/adoption and make sure you're on the same page. The pill doesn't always work- and I know far to many 16 year olds who get themselves pregnant because they want their boyfriend to stay with them.
If you are against abortion and you find out she had one- you would be devestated- or if you want an abortion and she wants to keep, you're going to become a father. Babies change your life. Sex is a mature thing to do- so go about it maturely and make sure there are no large gaps of info you are unclear about.
Also talk to her about past partners. Any STD's? Has she ever been tested for STD's? Women are suppose to have papsmears when they turn 18 or become sexually active. Having sex has medical consquences too- if you plan on continueing this aspect of the relationship I would pressure her to get tested from a Planned Parenthood or Teen Clinic that will test her for free and not notify her parents.

I suggest letting it heal first. I would be inclined to use neosporin, the one that reduces scarring. Scarring would make it more likely to happen again, so It's important that you fight scarring anyway you can. After it's healed you can decide with a clear head what to do. Surgery isn't a quick fix as you have to abstain from sex/masturbation for 4-6 weeks. I'm not pushing circumcision or trying to get you to avoid it. I have considered it in the past and am still open to the possibility, myself. Though, I would try imitating a circumcised penis for a while before deciding (see below).
anyway, here's my story:
I'm uncircumcised. When I started having sex (at 16) I had never retracted my foreskin. I had to use lubricant so that the friction would not cause the foreskin to painfully retract from the friction. With regular sex, the foreskin slowly stretched until it was able to fully retract.
Years later, a bad attempt at a hand job fully retracted the foreskin, and then some, and my frenulum tore, not completely, but to the point where it was fleshy, turning later to scabbed-over. I avoided strain on it for a short time until it healed. After that, I seemed to become predisposed to ripping the skin in the same spot during sex. I finally got frustrated and when it happened the last time, I forcefully (and quite painfully, as the frenulum was torn at the time) forced the foreskin to fully retract and kept it that way for more than a week until it seemed completely healed. After doing that, the foreskin was looser (a good thing) and I have had no more problems with tearing.
On a side note: After about 3 days of constant sensation from the head of my penis against my shorts, I got completely used to it and stopped noticing whether my foreskin was retracted or not. I did have the annoyance that the foreskin would tend to roll back over the head. I figured out how to stop this: after cleaning it in the shower, with the foreskin fully retracted (and the penis semi-erect), apply oral lubricant (read: hock a loogey) on the head of the penis/underside of the foreskin. Then work the foreskin on an off a couple times so that the foreskin glides nicely and tucks behind the head (instead of rolling back over it). Then just rinse off the excess and viola: a imitation circumcised penis (with a redder head and a slight bulge of skin just behind the head). Although, I'm testing a theory that the excess skin will disappear if not used, it has already seemed to shorten somewhat when I fully extend the foreskin over the head. (This is after 2-3 months of keeping the foreskin back almost every day.)
You may ask why I kept doing it. 2 reasons: For one thing, from what I'm told, it smells/tastes better for oral sex. For another, after urination, the amount of urine that sticks to the penis is reduced, lessening the chance of a wet spot in underwear.
hope this helps

My foreskin never seemed tight saying that from the sixth grade I pulled it back to bath. But I had sex yesterday and everything was going good until my partner decided to ride my penis. From she sat on it I felt a painful sensation so I pulled out slightly and then she sat down. Say this was my first time trying this position I didn't know wether it was suppose to hurt or not. After we were finished I noticed a little blood and a lot of scarring. My partner said she didn't have sex in over a year so I'm wondering what happened to my fore skin

Hi Jack Rabbit:
It sounds as though you tore your frenulum, perhaps by too rapid insertion and lack of lubrication.

You replaced your penis with an American state? Virginia - One of the 50 states forming the U.S.A. Vagina - Collective name for the female reproductive system Use a dictionary P.S. Im not trolling, I'm being serious.
