can chicken pox cause impotence

ok well before i went to the doctor i noticed i had these marks they were itchy and i felt a small dose of sharp shooting kinda pulse pain, it wasnt nething bad but i dicided to go the doctors to find out what it was. he knew strate away it was shingles i only have 3 red marks where the shingles are and its only located on 1 side of my body. it's not a big deal to me and doesn thurt me, but i have noticed that ive become slightly impotent , and this is worrying me as im scared it isnt related to the shingles.

thoughts please?
