I am 22 years old and I am not even sure I am pregnant (thats another question I have posted in here) but I take womens daily viatamins every day and I don't know if these can possibly harm a fetus as they are not prenatal viatamins anyone know?

I don't think daily vitamin pills taken within the recommended dosage will harm you or your baby. If in doubt, ask your doctor.
