As long as your semen doesn't go near her vagina then she won't get pregnant - assuming you are not having penetrative sex in the first place. It you are having penetrative sex then you may get your partner pregnant, as pre-cum often contains sperm.

Any time, any way that sperm can make their way into the vagina or labia or any sex organ (via hand, penis or tongue) she can get pregnant.

If the guy comes outside, and does a thorough job of washing up, off, with soap, etc, the chances are less... but always use a condom. Catch those little buggers and keep anything wet or moist from him off and out of her.
