Some women at my work talked about diet. The whole story was about diet helping with meno symptoms. I got interested in their in their subject and found out more information but not enough. My curiosity was about the diet which one? But no woman would tell, I guess that it is a kind of secret. Do you know can diet really help with meno symptoms and which one?

I heard something about, but scientists do not confirm this. If you try and succeed to drinking alcohol, stop smoking and instead of meat (especially red) you eat fish and soy, there is a pretty good chance that your symptoms will be gone. This thing worked and still is working for me. So, no special diet involved just use soy in as many ways as you can: instead of meat, soy milk tofu cheese etc.
