I want to know how much soy milk do you need to have benefits...
and more important...can you drink too much soy milk and what
would happen if you did?

Soy milk is the first alternative to pasteurized milk and people who are lactose intolerant or vegetarians are the biggest consumers of it. Is there any particular reason why you want to start consumption of this milk? There are few benefits of soy milk but lately it has been discovered that it also has some serious side effects. The other day my friend who was using soya products came back from the doctor and he told her to stop. So we did a little research and have found that infertility, mineral and vitamin deficiencies, premature aging and poor cardiovascular health are just some of the common side effects of soy milk. So if there is no great reason why you want to switch to soy milk maybe you shouldn't. All in all if something is not broken there is no use in trying to fix that. Let us know what have you decide.
