No, cancer does not result for sperm going inside anyone.
Pregnancy might, and there are other communicable diseases that can be spread... but NOT CANCER.
If you're worried about something, you might go see a doctor.

Need to clarify that I didn't say "nothing would happen".... I said Cancer does not result from sperm being left in someone's body.
There ARE other diseases that can be spread through unprotected sexual contact. And not knowing the history of your partner, you could be at risk for getting one of them.
Protection is a must.
you cant get cancer like kevin b repliyed. as your a boy then you cant get pregnant but you can get other std's like syphilis, chlamidia, hiv, aids. so you must wear a condom you need to know his sexual history because technicaly everyone you have slept with he will have slept with and everyone he has slept with with you will have. so if at any time he has been with someone that has had a disease your more likely to get something. so please protect yourself.
