Hi! I also lost my right tube due to an ectopic pregnancy. They had to surgically remove it. However, today I was informed that I am not only having twins but the eggs came from the right side. So it is most definitely possible to get pregnant with one or no tubes as long as you have a good uterus and ovary! God is amazing!
