there must be sperm or egaculation present u can test upto a week or 2 befro ur due period but the closer to ur period the better result

If your partner understands his body well, and is sure he did not ejaculate inside you then don't worry. Pre-cum does not contain sperm and if it does its too little and immobile unless collected from a previous ejaculation without urinating after.
