Cause it's possible even if you haven't started puberty, but a bit more difficult because of less hormones and stuff

If you have started puberty but no period yet I guess you can consider yourself lucky cause you don't need to deal with tampons or anything lol! but it'll be possible to orgasm.

You just have to take your time and explore your body and see what feels good for you. There are less nerves in the vagina than the clitoris, so usually clitoris is better but both can work.

The best tip is just to lock your door / and do it while nobodies home so you don't have to worry about being disturbed, and then just relax!! that's key, and try to get turned on by watching porn (yes girls can do it too not just boys), erotica, etc. Then just play with your body, touch different parts of it, etc. doesn't always have to be your vagina, can be your thighs, bum, boobs, stomach, etc. get naked, comfy, see what works for you and feels good. You might not get an orgasm on your first few tries but keep going at it, trying different things, sometimes it can take some time, longer than 5 minutes. For me I was stuck for a couple days just trying to find my clitoris and at first I was nervous even just feeling around there.

As the other person said I don't think you have gotten an orgasm yet, cause it is more intense than what you're feeling. Keep at it and you should get it eventually :)
