Hi, I am 13 years old and have been mastrubating since about 9 (a year after my dad died). At first it was just in the bathtub with water, then i found out how to use my fingers. I have been mastrubating almost daily every year since. My period has not come yet, but most of my friends' have. I am starting to wonder if it has been affecting my period in any way. Please help!
hello dear ,masturbating doesn't have anything to do with delay the Period ( as far as we know ) just keep in mind very good and trimmed clean fingers , just to b safe clean ur fingers b4 and after u bate , and alil of advise try to keep some time gaps between each time , so u dont stress ur mucels , but it is up to u in that part , be safe I hope it is an answer for what u ask for sincerely Rena
