Can my girlfriend get pregnant if my finger touched my boxers which were a bit damp due to sperm?

I need a very quick answer for this, here is the story... So my girlfriend gave me a hand job and i produced sperm inside my boxers. About 10 minutes later from that i never washed my hands but the hand that didn't have any sperm on it might have skiffed the boxers and i then touched my girlfriend's clitoris, she was very, very wet and i'm very worried that might have gotten pregnant :(?
