CAN ONE DAY FEVER AND HEAD ACHE THEN A Growling STOAMCH BE A SIGN OF HIV INFECTION?

I had a hiv exposure 2 weeks ago, the one day felt some head and took some pain killers, and the same disapeerd then next day felt some fever with no high temparature, too some tablets and its disparred. i thought i was infected and thus become so anxiuos not eating, then my stomach started Growling for 5 days, i realy ate for 3 days only taking coke, . on the 3rd week went for test and was negative, could some tell me if am infected.
