It is unlikely that sperm could swim through (sperm cannot walk or crawl) the fabric of your underwear (unless very open-weave like lace), and there would have to be a lot of liquid both sides.
I think you should be OK.

It doesn't seem likely this could lead to pregnancy. But it certainly could not if it did not happen at a fertile time.
- What date did this happen?
- What were the start-dates of your last 6 periods (or as many as you know)?
- What date was your period due to start?
- How did you calculate that date?
- What other sexual activities have you had since your last period?

1. This happened on the 21st of December 2017
2. I haven’t officially kept track of my periods, only my most recent period. It started on the 27th of November 2017 and ended on the 3rd of December. My periods last a week and occur every 28 days. Sometimes my period may be 1-2 days late but has never been later than that.
3. My period was due to start on the 28th of December.
4. I use an app to track my periods and that app said it was due on the 25th and I was on a 22 hour flight. But the 25th for my period is too early, so I predict it is due on the 28th.
5. I had never done any sexual activity until after my last period. Before this sexual activity I have told you about... I touched my boyfriend on the 13th of December but not for long at all and no pre cum or cum or ANY liquid was ejaculated from him. He touched me as well but never touched inside, only on the outside. I believe I was fertile when this took place but I’m not 100% sure. I do not know if I was fertile with the most recent sexual activity I did.
Thank you for helping!

But if your period has not yet arrived (12 days late & 16 days after the event) it could be that the impact of the flight has affected your cycle. If your period hasn't arrived by 11th, you could take a test if you are worried.

How long have you been on Roaccutane? Where are you from?
Yes, it is absolutely essential you do not get pregnant when on that drug. Although 'menstrual irregularities' does not seem to be declared as one of the side effects, I have read of a doctor who had patients who stopped getting periods while on Accutane (isotretinoin) and who were not pregnant. His advice was it is helpful to be on oral contraceptives while taking this medication to ensure that you do not become pregnant, that you continue to have periods while on the medication and that the birth control pills will help control the hormonal influences on acne breakouts.

I have a question. On New Years arond 2 am my boyfriend did some sexual acts. Sorry if this sounds really graphic im just panicking right now. I gave him an oral and a ha****b and he ejaculated on his hand. He wiped it off with a tissue paper (he said he completely dried his hand) and after he finished with wiping off he grabbed a hand sanitizier and put it on his hands. He then proceed to gave me oral but he never put his fingers inside me he was just licking me.
I was not in my fertile days. Last fertile day was on 28th of december so 3-4 days before.
My question is: is there anyway possible for me to get pregnant? And: Does hand sanitizer kill sperm?

Don't worry about being too graphic. Without explicit detail, often a robust answer cannot be given. Many fail to give sufficient detail.
- If it were not a fertile day, then it would not be possible to get pregnant even if sperm entered your vagina. But how do you know your last fertile day was 28 December (suggesting a period start 11 January)? Apps tend to work on averages (last 3 cycles) so are not an accurate forecast.
- If he never put his fingers in your vagina, not even near the entrance, then there would be no possibility of sperm transfer into your vagina (unless you fingered yourself).
- It is very likely that the sanitizer would have killed any remaining sperm (that might have been on his hand) with which it came into contact.
So you will not get pregnant from those acts on the basis, from what you have said, that:
- It was not a fertile time
- There was no way for sperm to enter your vagina
- There was not likely to have been any sperm on his hands.
I hope this helps
