Can you get pregnant while on implant?

I think I'm preg idnoo tho but other last few days bein havin back ache I haven't had it today but I've had belly ache and I've had belly ache for abit know but I have implant and some people say you can get preg while on implant and I've bein havein headaches I was wounderin what would the best the be to do ?
