Well, I was told to be careful about alcohol even with smaller amounts.
My doc said that alcohol could increase any of my side effects but also make me drowsy if not dizzy.
I mean hydrochlorothiazide makes me dizzy anyway, if I would drink I would probably get extra drunk and extra dizzy. This does make it hard to go out with friends for a drink or dinner when everybody’s having alcohol…..
How long have you been on hydrochlorothiazide? Is it doing you any good?
Once I dehydrated really bad, I felt like fainting…it was last summer…I panicked and didn’t even know it was the drug.
