I have an ovarian cyst that prevented my menstrual cycle. is it possible to still get pregnant in the middle of the month after my missed period? My HCG levels were 13 on Thursday and then 48 on a Monday. My doctor is confused because I should be a lot further along than I am due to my missed period. He thinks it could be 1 of 4 things, an abnormal pregnancy, a miscarriage that is slowly taking time to process, a tubal pregnancy, (which both are considered abnormal pregnancies) or I am just pregnant and my HCG levels are just slow at first. Does anyone have any experience with the situation I am in? I guess my biggest question is, can I still get pregnant although I never had a period last month and I never passed the egg??? I just need to some kind of answers. I am going crazy. My doctor wants me to get and HCG blood test done tomorrow but the weather is terrible and my care will not travel to the hospital, so I have to wait until Monday.... Just some experienced women with some advice would be a relief.... I'm sure most of us ladies can understand how 3 or 4 days can feel like a lifetime.
