I have 15 years and a big problem. For past two years I have been worried about my weight. I count calories all the time! What is most disturbing is that I can't eat anything. I just don't feel like I need food and because of that I have lost a lot of weight. Could I become anorexic? Help.

It is normal to take care of our bodies and to watch what we eat. What is not normal is to worry about it every single moment. The problems begin when a person gets to opsessed with counting calories and with fear of gaining weight. The media has also big influence on minds of people, especially the young teens like yourself. One does not have to be thin to be accepted, you need to know that. Now, I can't tell you if you have or will have anorexia because this is a complex matter. What is important is that you talk to someone. Open yourself to your parents and seek proffesional help. If you have lost a lot of weight in short period of time you have to go to your doctor, to be absolutely sure what is your condition. Doctor is the only person that can tell you why you can't eat anything and what is the cause of your weight loss.
