Hi, is it really that you eat only once a day? It is not good for your health, you need to intake essential nutrients in order to maintain good health. Try to make yourself eat at least a bit of your favorite food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you are getting to busy and actually forget to eat, try to put it in reminder. You need to relearn this habit, and in time you will start to feel need for eating at certain time. Anorexia is psychological disorder, and it deserves proffesional help. You probably also have problems excepting your outlook.
