I heard of Carbo 14 Day Lifetime Diet Plan. I was wondering if anybody on this site has experience with it?

I must say that I didn’t try this diet, but I have a suggestion for you (if you do not decide for this Carbo 14 Day Lifetime Diet Plan). I am using this and I am big fan of carb (mmmm …spaghetti :-)) I eat carb in the first half of the day (until 3 or 4 p.m.) and never eat after 8 o’clock (at lest 2 hours before bed time). I daily exercise (1 run 20 minutes) and that helps me stay fit. Besides, all those artificial carb blockers seem to be life threatening substance on the long run.

done this last year.. lost 15-16 pound during that period.
after that i gain 2 pound. and stay on that shape untill now..
however, you'll feel less energetic during that diet time.. i don't recomend it for people who are super busy with hard activity..
