I have had a chafing of the skin around my anus for many years and nothing has seemed to help. I have used lotions and even steroid creams years ago and still wont go away. Is ther any new treatments or creams available to help? It is difficult to walk and when I get wet like swimming I need to dry off and apply some kind of cream to help out, but nothing works. I also suffer slightly from hemorroids and use prep H maybe once a day. Any help would be greatly appreicated. Also use prep h wipes after bowel movements to help. PLEASE help and give me your advice
