Hello!

To prevent getting sick from cheap liquor, there are a few steps you can take:

  1. Drink water: Staying hydrated is key to preventing sickness from alcohol. Drink plenty of water before, during, and after drinking alcohol. This will help flush out toxins and reduce the severity of hangovers.

  2. Stick to reputable brands: Stick to reputable brands of alcohol that are known for their quality. Cheap alcohol may contain impurities that can make you sick, so it's better to spend a bit more on a known brand.

  3. Avoid sugary mixers: Sugary mixers can increase the likelihood of getting sick from alcohol. Stick to mixers like soda water, tonic water, or juice that is not high in sugar.

  4. Don't mix drinks: Mixing different types of alcohol can increase the likelihood of getting sick from alcohol. Stick to one type of alcohol throughout the night.

  5. Eat before drinking: Eating before drinking can help slow down the absorption of alcohol into your bloodstream, which can reduce the risk of sickness.

It's important to remember that alcohol affects everyone differently, so it's always a good idea to drink responsibly and know your limits. If you do get sick from alcohol, take it easy the next day and stay hydrated.
