Chest fluttering/spasm after masturbating

3 months ago i was eating Mc D's and when i was done i started to watch porn and started to masturbate, but when i was done i came only a lil which was strange and i freaked out cause at that point i started to feel like a spasm in the middle of  my chest that kept taking my breathe away and i would have to cough/gasp for air but it kept happening and the more i panic about it thinking i was having a heart attack so i quickly rushed to my mom while she was in the shower saying i'm thinking i'm having a heart attack cause the spasm feeling didnt stop along the side that it kept taking my breathe away. i started to quickly drink water and rub on my chest to see if it would go away but most of the water i was drinking i would spit it out when it took my breathe away and then i started to feel a very strong twitch on the left side of my chest which really scared me to death cause at that point i kept saying this is it i'm going to die. i kept yelling mom lets hurry take me to the hospital please! it lasted like 5 min or so and it stopped when i grabbed my mom hand and place it on my chest so she can feel what im talking about and it stopped completly which was so WEIRD! I do have anxiety and i panic alot over everything! i was never like this and im only 20/male but every since that day now everyday i get that same feeling but only last 1-2 seconds and btw when all this happened and is happening i get no pain involved. Well, from that point now everyday i get this feeling in the middle of my chest that comes randomly and feels like a spasm, or trapped air, sometimes a vibration feeling im sorry is really hard to explain but i hope some of you know what i mean. i really want this feeling gone cause it stresses me so much every time it happens now out of the blue and it all started after i masturbated that day urgh. when i get it i try not to panic and i quickly check  my heart rhytim and it sound normal could it be a nerve or muscle problem or heart or sometime? im getting a ekg monday any help would be appricated thanks
