I'm thinking about one thing that doctor told me and it’s really confusing me because I don’t know what he meant by that.
Anyway, I'm 45 year old male and I have big problems with controlling my body weight and developed serious obesity problem.
Just recently I've been to a doctor and he told me I'm in great danger to develop serious health problems because of my high blood cholesterol.
He also told me that I should reduce my body weight and my bad cholesterol in blood and increase the “good” cholesterol in my blood. I really don’t know what he meant by “good” cholesterol.

Hi. I know that all this can be really confusing but believe me – there is nothing complicated in this. You know that cholesterol in generally is really a threat to your health because it supports atherosclerosis which can lead to heart attack and stroke.
This bad cholesterol is called LDL cholesterol. The second type of cholesterol is called HDL or high density cholesterol which means that it hasn’t a lot of fat in it. It is proven that this cholesterol is breaking atherosclerotic plaques and prevent them from appearing.
There is no specific type of food that you could eat to increase the level of this cholesterol in your blood! Practicing healthy living is the best way!
