I recently was on a birth control pill and ended getting a period for 40ish days. Went off the pill a few weeks ago and I've had cramping and a clear jelly discharge. Also having pain in my left hip. What could this be?
I know this is old, but that clear jelly discharge - like majorly thick mucus - is likely the cervic mucus. The different consistencies of it - creamy and thin, thick and clear, will tell you what point of your cycle you are in. At least, that's what it sounded like to me.
