When I bent over to pick something up yesterday, a clear fluid came out of my left nostril. It stopped in a few seconds. Should I be concerned about this? Or is this just a one-time thing that is no big deal?

Its just your nose leaking its basicley liquid boogers kind of like when your sick but even more liquidy and its more clear its very common nothing to worry about.
