Hello. I'm lifting weights about 3 days a week. Also I've been putting more emphasis on my cycling lately (still fighting with speed and tempo). I do intervals about 2 times a week and I do longer distance once a week. Other days I go as intense as my body allows me. However, when I do both weight training and cycling, I often end up feeling very worn out. The thing is that I really want to do both, but I can't. So I'd like to know is it possible, how to do it and have any of you successfully combined both? Thanks.
