I found music and sports to be most relaxing ... not to mention going somewhere near water or just simply in to the woods to clear my mind... but most of the time I do not have the luxury to do that so I do relax my self (mentally) with sports and I feel like all bad energy is going out. Music can relax me, but can also boost me with energy - depends on a type of music.
