I know how hard it can be to overcome an addiction myself. About two years ago I got addicted to oxycodone after I had broken my arm snowboarding. My wife ended up leaving me as well, and I ended up living on the streets of downtown san diego for awhile. The only reason that I'm clean now is because I eventually got arrested and had to go into rehab. It was an odd experience losing around 30 lb over the course of 6 months and then gaining it back within a couple months. If you look at the ***edited by moderator*** web addresses not allowedpics of me (i uploaded some pics of what i looked like before and after) you'll see how bad i got.

I'm actually going through oxycontin recovery right now. Needless to say, it's been an experience. I really want to talk to others online and share my experience so I started a blog. I know this sounds kind of spam-ish but I would really enjoy finding people to talk to about what this feels like.
