Hello everyone...First let me tell you all that I am very scare since this was not planned. My boyfriend and I had sex for the first time (at least my first time) on Oct 3 & 4th...he used a condom. According to him there was no leakage, the condom was not rip and it did not slip off either. But since it was my first time having sex I am freaking out because I do not know what to expect. I have done so much research about this and the more I do the more I feel that I am pregnant. I took a pregnancy test Oct 10 and it came out negative. By sunday morning I was experiencing a light bleeding, like a period but not a full period, now I came across a site that talks about implantation bleeding and I dont know if that is what is happening to me. I dont know if I am over reacting or if I am really pregnant. I know I am frustrating my boyfriend because I keep telling him that I might be pregnant and he keeps saying that I am not because we were careful and we used protection but I am still afraid. Can someone please tell me what I should expect? I am afraid because I feel we are not prepared for a baby yet. I still want to finish graduate school. Thank you.

well first of all, if you had sex on the 4th and you took a pregnancy test on the 10th it wouldn't show up that soon...you should just relax, wait unitl you are supposed to start your period and if you don't start then take a test..then you'll know if you're pregnant or not for sure. if you are and you don't want the baby there are better options...adoption is by far the best i do believe. becuase there are many good people out in the world that deserve children but for some reason can not have them on their own due to many problems...so if you are then just look at it as a blessing you'd give to someone else...but if you decide to keep it (if its a possitive test) then i'm sure you'll be a fine mom...trust me you're probably thinking well i'm not ready...well thats the consiquences of having sex...even if you were protected...i was 16 when i had my son..i wasn't ready either...i'm 20 now...and i'm doing just fine...i have a house a car, and very good job...and i did it all on my own...no help!!! not even from his father...and now i'm trying to have antoher child and i'm having lots of problems conceiving!! its very depressing! but even if i can't have anymroe i still have one gergous baby boy :-) that i love dearly...i love him more than anything becuase we kind of grew up together...lol...literally...anyways...oh and by the way i never quit school i even went on to college so if you are pregnant don't think you're life is over!!! but don't stress about it now...wait until you're sceduled period and if it doesn't come...then test again...hope this calms you down some!! lol

You didn't really answer the question, and I want to know the same thing she does.
Obviously we are both worried about it.
The only difference is I haven't taken a test yet, and I had sex about two weeks ago.
My period basically comes on whenever; either the end of the month or the beginning, like the second week.
My "period" came on yesterday, and I feel no symptoms of pregnancy.
Cramping and Bleeding is all, my cramping is usually just gas.. or just cramping.
I haven't seen any symptoms but you can never be too sure.
Like the original asker, It was my very first time, we used protection, and He said there was no tear or leaking.
