i have been on metformin for my pcso for 6 months now and i have been trying to get pregnant because i really want to have a family but im not getting pregnant and its starting to make me feel depressed. i have spoken to my doctor but he said that i dont need clomid. i have asked my friends who also have pcos and have kids and they said there doctor put them on clomid after trying for 6 months. why wont my doctor put me on clomid?

Maybe you need a different doctor, the doctor you have now may not want to for certain reasons. Have you ask? If you are young I wouldn't worry if the time is right you will get pregnant as long as there is nothing seriously wrong. Just keep trying and if you still have problems I would find a different doctor. And relax and don't worry because that will cause stress and other problems. If it is meant to be it will be just give it time and keep yourself healthy. I will pray for you and would like a post back if you get any good news would love to know.
