Hi, I have been smoking for about a year now. Since a month or so, i had constant chest pains. I doubt that its a heart problem as i'm just 18. Plus i almost throw up alot of times after smoking a ciggeratte. I am little hesitant to go to the doctor so posted my question here? Can anyone tell me what this possibly could be?

Go make the appointment to see a doctor.
Start with your family doctor if you have one, because they might be more familiar with your family history and ancestors that you are.
(Adults don't tell kids everything about their ailments.)

The doctor is going to tell you that smoking is bad for you. You already know that, right?
Your body is trying to tell you also...

18 is NOT too young to have serious heart problems.... and the fact that you have constant chest pain indicates that it's terribly important that this be checked out. Throwing up can be a lot of things, but among others, it is also a sign of a heart attack.

But I can't tell from here what it is... that's why it's IMPORTANT that you go see a doc NOW!

Good luck, and let us know what you learn.
