I'm almost 16 and am trying to lose at least 20 pounds. Recently,however, I have been feeling constantly hungry. I'll eat meals that normally fill me up and feel painfully hungry a few minutes later. I am also tired and not feeling 100%. Some of the time after a meal I will feel so hungry that my stomach hurts really badly. It's the most aggravating thing in the world because I am trying to lose weight and being constantly hungry is very emotionally distressing. I know that I am still a teenager but I never had this problem before. I also get a good amount of exercise, but get tired more easily then usual. And I have a pretty healthy diet as well. SO I have no idea what could be wrong.
