I recently had a baby. Now, when I go to urinate, I feel pain. And, when I go, I hardly urinate anything and the urge doesn't go away. What should I do?

I'm having to pee every 30 seconds, and when I go, I'm pushing a lot like trying to poo. What's wrong? I can go only a couple of drops at a time, and it hurts a lot. I'm trying to avoid doctors. Can you give me any advice?
