my period was late last month so I took a pregnancy test it came back positive took another one the next day came back negative then started my period but it wasn't the same as it normally is now it's been almost a month since the last time I tested and now I am feeling what feels like butterflies in my lower abdomen when I'm laying down could I be pregnant?
