Okay, so.. I have had so many stomach problems so many weeks ago in the daytime, and then a stopped for some time, but now it's back. And the pain occurs at night right after I eat dinner.

I really just don't know why it's happening. I didn't tell my parents yet... I just don't really.. feel comfortable having them with me. I mean, idk.. maybe I'm scared for them to touch my stomach because it hurts whenever my mom tries to fix it. Like, I need a doctor. And I need to discuss with him how to make my stomach problems go away. And I hope I do it soon.

Hi, Daleela.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing stomach problems, and it's understandable to feel uncomfortable discussing it with your parents. However, it's important to prioritize your health and seek medical attention as soon as possible.

Stomach pain after eating can have various causes, including acid reflux, gastritis, stomach ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), or food intolerances. It's important to see a doctor to determine the underlying cause of your symptoms and get proper treatment.

If you're not comfortable discussing this with your parents, consider speaking with a school nurse or guidance counselor who can help you find a doctor or medical facility where you can get help. Additionally, you can look up local community health clinics that may offer free or low-cost medical care.

In the meantime, keep a food diary to see if you can identify any foods that may be causing your symptoms. Avoiding spicy or greasy foods, caffeine, and alcohol may also help to alleviate symptoms.

Remember, it's important to prioritize your health and seek medical attention when needed. Don't hesitate to reach out for help.
