hi there,im getting cramps like period cramps but im 3 days late for my period and my botfriend and i r planing to have a baby he lefted inside me nearly 4 weeks ago and i took a test it came out negative but im getting cramps and im waking up at night and i cant get sleep does that mean i could be pregnant please someone tell me thanks
