I am making my new training program and I want to include cross training. I am intending to combine 3 different activities so I would like to know how often I may cross training. I didn't have many experiences with this sort of work out so I hope someone will share opinions with me.

Hi, from my experience it is the best way to cross training 2 times a week. You may make pattern which you will repeat two times a week. If You do it this way your muscles will get three different exercises two times weekly and you will have one rest day at the end of the week. This program showed great results for me so I hope it may be useful to you too.
