my mother is near about 60, she is suffering from diabetics since last 20 years. she uses insulin hemolin70/30, 36units in morning. Another she has anxiety problem also. she has hamoriods and constipation uses esomiprazol 40mg. also she  complain,  body backpain and gastric pain and the problem of vomiting.

please suggest
