1)Im increasing concern about my curvature of my penis. its bend more than slightly towards the left. Is this normal and does it need any medical attention?

Hi Tom,
Some bending is normal. Perfectly straight penises are rare. If it isn't getting worse and doesn't impair your performance it probably isn't an issue.
A urologist is your best resource if you want to get it checked out.
Perhaps your GF isn't stimulating you enough or you are thinking about other things. How quick would you want to ejaculate? Do you have this issue when having vaginal sex?
