I used to be a good runner. Just recently I have developed a taste for swimming. The more I swim the more I like it. I sometimes wonder how I was able to live without it before. I don’t want to quit running so I would like to train both of them. So, swimming and running in what portion?

You are right in your decision to include both of the sports in your training week. You obviously have a problem deciding which one of them should get the most of your time and energy. Why don’t you split your time into two equal parts? You can swim one day and run the other. Third day should be left for the rest and recuperation. And so on.
