My doctor told me to use hot compresses and anti inflammatory drug for one week. and then follow up. they dont bother me unless iam walking or pressing on them. the pain is not unbearable, but really annoying. iam a housekeeper in a hotel, and he thinks its from me pushing the beds back with my legs. the soreness does line up with the bed line. will they go away on their own.
