i have a dark dry mildly itchy circular patch near my ankle on my leg. i now have them all over my legs and arms. they are like dry skin and i can scrape the dry skin to give it a lighter appearance but it doesnt go away. my doctor says they are just dry skin and im getting older. regular or cetaphil or lubriderm lotion doesnt work either
