i am a male i got a dark spot around my genital it also has sum kinda of bumps..and when i itch it, it feels good but when i stop its hurts. its about 3 inches long on each side of my body i dont know how i got..the first time it came up was like a year ago then it dissapered for about 6 months now its coming again and i dont kno what it is can sum1 help me please..
