Hi, I'm 17 years old and recently noticed a decrease in semen and a yellow, goldish gew in my semen what could be the cause of this gew? i recently had unprotected sex and went and got tested. urine test came back negative for uti or std. im still waiting on hiv results. my diet is horrible lately and lots of fast food and junk. im extremely nervous about what this could be, and i think i passed a kidney stone recently. before this i saw blood in semen once could that have something to do with kidney stone? haven't seen blood since they put me on antibiotics,and it was before i passed the stone. And could urine test be inaccurate? please help!

Firstly may I say, I think your bad diet could have something to do with your yellow/gold clumps. A good healthy diet is a must for healthy semen. I really think you do need to go and see a doctor if this doesn't clear up because it really does not sound healthy. And as for the urine test... There is always a possibility that it could be wrong. However the chances of this happening are on the slim side. I don't think the kidney stone would really affect your semen to be honest. If I were you, I'd make a doctors appointment ASAP just to be on the safe side.
