Hi, folks. I am a maniac for fruits. I take it a lot. However, I have been experiencing lately some dental problems and I wonder if this can be caused by this very high fruit intake. What can you tell me about this? I would really appreciate all your help considering this. Thanks.

Hello, there. High intake of some fruits can give oral problems in general. I have heard about some effects of certain fruits. Those would be: cranberry, orange or grapefruit. However, high amount of some fruits can have protective role in oral and pharyngeal cancers. You should consult your dentist about this. I am sorry I don’t know many details about this. Perhaps someone else here will. Good luck! Bye!
