I am highly convinced and agree with every words you say.
I am really surprised to find out that there are many people having same problems out there. I am 39 years old and I started masturbating since my early teenage years. I became addicted to orgasm and used to masturbated almost everyday. When there were big exams coming up, I would masturbate more often to relive the anxiety and stress. Then I developed frequent diarrhea which is now haunting me as chronic IBS. I've tried all kinds of diet, medications, health supplements, and probiotics. I've had a big help from natural foods and probiotics but they were not the ultimate cure. Diarrhea, headache, anxiety attack, etc these are always nearby.
I am so glad to find these conversations on this website!
I finally found the ultimate answer to my life long suffering!
I GOTTA STOP MASTURBATING!!!
It really makes sense because your large intestine is surrounded by more nerve cells than the brain. YES, your gut is actually more sensitive than your brain! Once the intestine gets weakened, it leads to various chain reactions further interfering your entire health.
Thanks so much to you guys for sharing such crucial information and experiences, and good luck to us all!

Our human body is like an ocean and it is very difficult to say what is the cause of a particular disease/problem.
Most Gastro specialists have a very little knowledge of GI tract and when we tell our symptoms they just prescribe antibiotics.
The best way to sort the things out is to do a self research on ourselves as you said.
Diet, Exercise and Lifestyle has a very important role to play in an overall wellness.
