In January, I spent more than $900 to join a monitored 9-week weight loss program and another $1800 on special nutrition such as supplements, shake powders and nutrition bars. I have stopped completely with white carbs such as rice and potatoes, consumed very little pasta, and baked sweets. However, I have lost less than 2 pounds.
