Hi there! Difficulty initiating urination can be caused by conditions that affect the kidneys, bladder or prostate gland in men. Urinary tract infections, prostate problems, and kidney stones are common triggers for this problem to develop. In some people, more than one condition is present. You can massage or place light pressure over your bladder to stimulate emptying. You should drink plenty of fluid, especially fruit juices like cranberry. But if some infection is causing it antibiotics from your doctor will be needed. I doubt your prostate gland is enlarged since you're only 19, but you should talk to your doctor about it just in case. I also doubt your low hanging testicles are causing your urination problem. Your testicles should hang low because semen that's produced in them needs to have a cooler environment. So there's nothing wrong about it, actually it is a good thing. Good luck.
