Hi, I had the same problem going on for 3 years. I been checked for every possible thing that could be wrong! I asked the dr if it could be lymes disease although I didn't remember getting bit by a tick. I had been tested and it was negative we waited 4 weeks did it again and nothing, so I started my Internet searching and saw that Lymes is not always detected when checked... I called my dr up to try one more time, and what do you know it came up positive! I've been on medication since and are starting to feel much better! Hope this helps in any way!

This is from changing your diet and not drinking enough water. This is also because of stress, you must never combine the three if you are stressed never change your eating habits and if you cant sleep i suggest you take some z quil it wont make you drowsy the next day.

Check Mayo Clinics description for POTS Syndrome.  After 1.5 years of local doctors, Mayo did a tilt table test on my son and diagnosed him correctly. More common in women and can occur in teens and adults

Hi, had all these symptoms for the last 3 years, dizzy, tired, abit nauseated ( that comes from being dizzy) palpertations, blurred vision, lightheaded, weak etc. I was diagnosed with M.E/CFS and at the moment having CBT for anxiety (which is helping) and am a patient at the ME Clinic which has helped by just having a diagnosis and someone that understands as you will well understand the uncertainty of whats happening can bring on the anxiety which then makes all the original symptoms 10 times worse and feel like theres no end to it. Try Paceing yourself doing only abit at a time and builing it up very gradually, its more about relaxing than resting, as resting wont help if you dont relax as anxiety can use up most of your energy!! hope this helps!

I have to tell you I had these same ailments my neurologist is the one who found what was wrong he looked at my blood work and my iron was so dangerously low. He told me to contact my primary physician that was on a Wednesday by Friday I was in the ER to sick to move. After I begged my Primary Physician to look at my levels he immediately had the nurse to give my a B-12 injection. I tell you I felt like Lazarus being resurrected it was like I came back to life literally. If you are even just a little off on your levels this can cause trouble. I even heard that our bodies can can start what the call a Thyriod Storm which also can be very dangerous. I hope this helps.

If you haven't done so yet, have the doctor give you an ANA test for autoimmune diseases. I had the exact same symptoms and that is what was wrong with me.

I'm 16.. I've been feeling this way for the past 3 days now. & It's just got worse each day, I have friends hold me so that I don't walk into things because my balance is so off and I can't control it. My head is all lightheaded and everything spins, as im in college I got it checked out; she said it might be an ear infection that's affected the balance bar in my head, the bar that's affected when you drink. It has other symptoms too, like you have listed & I feel; I also have no appetite, yet i'm shaking like a leaf, I;v've got Alevel exams coming up & I've never wanted to get over an illness so much before. I'm stuck on what to do :(

I believe your symptoms could be related to Dysautonomia. It is a dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system. Dysautonomia is an umbrella term with distinct illnesses under it. Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (pots) sounds like what you have. It took us almost two years to get our daughter diagnosed. A tilt table test would confirm the diagnosis. For specialists and info one website is dynakids.org. Any age can get this illness. Good luck.

I had somewhat of the same symptoms. Ï was diagnosed with P.O.T.S. ( postural orthostatic tachardia syndrome.) It is very rare and not many doctors know about it. It is hard to diagnose and you will need to do a tilt table test to know if you truly have it.
